Mega Man was the first game I got to show to my little bro that he liked (he's 8 years younger and couldn't grasp the RPGs I played at the time). Great memories!!!

Mega Man is life. He means happiness and escapism from the real world. Even into my adulthood the childlike nature and expansive world of Mega Man means so much to me.

Mega Man is the series that followed me through my whole life, From 1987 on wards. It helped me through my worst times, showed me that giving up is not an option, and that it is worth it to fight for what you believe in. Mega Man is my favorite franchise and it will be so forever!

Mega Man always reminded me that every problem in life has an answer to it. You might have to change your weapon to fix it, but it's in you.

When I found Mega Man, I was going through a dark place in my life. I picked Mega Man, Mega Man 2 and Mega Man 3 for the 3DS Virtual Console and I started with ''my bum being handed to me.'' It took me a few months but I finally beat the first few games. Playing Mega Man took my mind off of things during this period and I owe a lot to those games for that. I now own both Classic and X Legacy Collections and I always go back to Classic!

To me, Mega Man represents someone who maybe small, but who has a big heart full of emotions to bring his friends back!

Why I love Mega Man, I first played Mega Man 3 around six years of age and I tried my hardest to beat it. I would stay up till 2:00 - 3:00 am trying to finish it knowing that I had school in the morning. When I was around ten, I started to understand the story and what he was fighting for. I liked that he never really questioned himself and was always brave in trying to stop Wily. As a platformer, it was very straightforward and the task was understandable but the levels were designed for thinking and also quick wit. The Robot Masters were a challenge for me when I was young but it never made me mad when I'd fail (but more determined to finish). A robot that was created to help humanity and still makes self sacrifice. That's what I like about it. I also like how Keiju Inafune was always involved.

He means the real definition of a hero , he fights for everlasting peace, for the people he loves. But he always believe in second chances, he sees the good things in all people, even in the worst moments! He taught me to be a better person, to respect others, but the most important all the Mega Man incarnations taught me to stand up for what you believe, protect the people who deserves it, and no matter how many times you fail NEVER GIVE UP!
